By downloading, accessing, or using Proxcimity, you agree to the terms, features, functions, and conditions included in the use of the application.
Proxcimity is a Bluetooth-based business networking tool designed for in-person connections, event check-ins, credit-based messaging, Pro subscriptions, and promotional banner placements.
Users may earn credits by connecting with other users, checking in to events, and subscribing to Pro. Credits may be used to message users outside of a direct connection and to post banner advertisements using files, PDFs, or other supported file types for selected amounts of time.
Proxcimity is designed to operate locally on users’ phones. The app does not store user data externally, and connection activity is intended to remain local to user devices.
Waiver of Liability: By using Proxcimity, users waive any and all rights to pursue legal action against the developer, owner, Irving Industries LLC, affiliates, employees, contractors, or related parties for any reason connected to use of the app, including but not limited to app functionality, Bluetooth connection activity, user interactions, credit usage, event check-ins, messaging, advertisements, uploaded files, promotional placements, or outcomes resulting from connections made through the app.
