7. Data Retention
Your data is retained on your device for as long as the App is installed. If you delete the App, all locally stored data — including your profile, workout history, and chat history — will be permanently removed. Subscription records are maintained by Apple or Google per their respective retention policies.

- Request deletion of your data by resetting your profile within the App or by uninstalling the App
